  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted & chopped
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener – I use Swerve

AVODACO GREEN TEA SHAKE - LOW CARB & GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp MCT matcha green tea powder this stuff is delicious!
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1.2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp Swerve sweetener
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Note: first whisk the matcha and hot water together in a separate bowl so it doesn't clump.

STRAWBERRY KETO MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cups almond milk (unsweetened), or water
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil, or coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve sweetener OR 3-5 drops Stevia sweetener
  • Optional: whipped cream or coconut milk on top

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter powder
  • 5 drop liquid Stevia, or Swerve
  • A dash of sea salt

COCONUT MILK KEFIR

Net Carbs: 3.8g per serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 sachet kefir starter cultures

Notes: Use the entire can of coconut milk, not just the cream on top (shake well!). 

Instead of kefir starter culture, you can also use 2 capsules of probiotics.

Combine the coconut milk & kefir starter in a jar or container and shake well.

Place the jar, loosely covered, in the oven for 24-48 hours until it starts to thicken. Turn on the oven light so that the temperature in the oven gets slightly warm (72F - 86F).

Once ready, give it a stir and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add your favorite ingredients and use it to make a smoothie!

DAIRY-FREE LOW CARB GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & chopped
  • 1 cup raw cucumber, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi fruit, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp Swerve sweetener
